Manchester United owner Kevin Glazer is not looking to sell his share of the club, according to reports.
Documents submitted to the New York Stock Exchange on Friday led to speculation Glazer was looking to part ways with his 13 per cent stake in the club.
But Sky Sports says the documents covered a "technical issue".
Kevin, one of six Glazer brothers, has a share worth around £320m.
The American siblings hold a combined 90 per cent stake after their father Malcolm died five years ago.
