Kepa: First Chelsea season very positive; Sarri and I...?

Kepa Arrizabalaga is pleased after his first season with Chelsea.

The former Athletic Bilbao goalkeeper finished the campaign a Europa League winner.

Now with the Spain squad, Kepa reflected: "It has been a step forward in my career in every way, adapting to the style of play of the Premier, another country, Chelsea ... In general it has been very good. I've had many games, we've achieved the goals and now, seeing it in the end, I think it's been very positive."

Asked about his infamous blow-up with manager Maurizio Sarri during the Carabao Cup final, Kepa added: "It's been several months since the final, that week was a downpour for me, it's a day I'm not proud of, but I learned, I asked for forgiveness and from there our relationship has been very good, as it was before.

"We have achieved the goals we had and I think the season has been very positive."
