Kenny Brown is delighted to be back with West Ham.
The former fullback has returned to coach inside the academy.
He told the club's website: "It's funny – Mark Noble came in earlier, when his son was training, and we were having a chat about it. Obviously there are new facilities here, but I think the main thing I've noticed is what's always made the culture and environment as good as it is: the people. There are really good people here at West Ham.
"I was weaned on West Ham. That affiliation never left. I was fortunate enough to come and play here, again following in Dad's footsteps, and it was the best time of my playing career.
"When I finished playing, I stayed in the game in various roles, but for the last ten years I've been in Academy football. I've always wanted to come back to West Ham in some capacity, so to have the opportunity to do it, at a time when the Club as a whole, including the Academy, is very much on the up, is really exciting. I'm proud and honoured."
Brown is the new assistant coach for U9-U14s inside the Hammers academy.
