Kenedy handed Chelsea lifeline after heated Tuchel talks

Chelsea outcast Kenedy could be set to receive a lifeline at the club this summer.

The winger has struggled for the London club and was the subject of loan interest from Flamengo in his home country of Brazil.

According to Goal.com, Chelsea and Kenedy are holding talks about his future, but that any conversations with manager Thomas Tuchel are progressing slowly.

The most likely outcome is another loan move within Europe, but Kenedy staying is not being ruled out either.

At the present moment, a switch back to Brazil seems unlikely, as Chelsea would want any loan spell to happen at a top European league.

The Brazilian has already had two years on loan with Newcastle United and another with Spanish outfit Granada.
