Tuttosport says billionaire Bulat Utemuratov is in talks about buying into the club.

The 55-year-old is on the Forbes list of richest people in the world thanks to zinc mining, baking and hotels.

Utemuratov is a huge tennis fan and is President of the Kazakh Tennis Federation. His wealth is estimated at $2.2bn.
