Middlesbrough boss Aitor Karanka has warned his players they cannot continue to make crucial mistakes when they face Everton at Goodison Park on Saturday.
Karanka's task is to help his side rediscover the form that saw them go unbeaten in their opening three Premier League fixtures.
"I've given the players a tough week in training. Collectively, they can't make mistakes like they did last week," the Spaniard said.
"I don't want to blame just one or two players. They have learned a lot in the past week, they've learned a harsh lesson.
"We have no midweek games or distractions so it gives us longer to sort things out. In the Championship, we just went straight back out there."
