Former Tottenham striker Freddie Kanoute says the club needs to look at it's recruitment team.
Kanoute insists manager Mauricio Pochettino isn't to blame for their poor season so far.
He told Izvestia: "You see, a strong head coach is only 50 per cent of the team's success. The remaining 50 per cent is the work of the club's management, which should pick up strong football players for the ideas of the manager.
"Let me give you an example with Sevilla - we had a brilliant mentor Juande Ramos and the great sports director Monchi. This duo was our main secret to big victories. I think that Monchi's departure was a big blow for Sevilla."
