Harry Kane scored twice on his return to the Tottenham starting line-up as Spurs claimed a 3-0 win over Pacos de Ferreira to reach the Europa Conference League group stage.
Spurs lost the first leg 1-0 in Portugal, but were able to overturn the deficit in north London.
Kane announced on the eve of the match that he was staying at Tottenham this season.
The England captain had previously intimated that he wanted to leave this summer, with Manchester City interested in his services.
All was forgiven after nine minutes when Kane levelled the aggregate after a fine pass by the impressive Bryan Gil.
Kane then put his side ahead in the tie with a clinical finish before half-time.
Giovani Lo Celso capped a great performance when his free-kick was deflected in for a third goal which sealed the hosts' victory.
