Harry Kane has revealed England's senior players played a role in Raheem Sterling's suspension.
Sterling was left out of Thursday's 7-0 win over Montenegro as punishment for an altercation with teammate Joe Gomez.
Kane says Gareth Southgate consulted his senior players to decide how to punish the Manchester City star.
He said: "The gaffer spoke to me and some of the other senior players in the group and that is the decision we came to.
"We move on. He has been good around camp and training well."
