Kane impressed by Tottenham's summer arrivals

Tottenham striker Harry Kane was impressed by their summer market work.

Kane believes Tottenham's dealings have made the squad better than the one that sustained a title challenge for much of last season.

During the summer window, Spurs signed Moussa Sissoko from Newcastle for a deal that could be worth £30million, while also adding goalkeeper Pau Lopez, midfielder Victor Wanyama, wide attacker Georges-Kevin Nkoudou and forward Vincent Janssen. Ryan Mason, Nabil Bentaleb and Alex Pritchard were among those sold.

Kane has yet to score this season but is confident about the future.

He told Sky Sports: “I think we've got a stronger squad than last year. We've bought some great players who have fitted in perfectly. So now we're ready to go. We've a lot of games, being in the Champions League against tough opponents."
