Kancheskis calls on Man Utd to get serious about Krylia Sovetov attacker Pinyaev

Andrei Kanchelskis has told Manchester United to get serious if they want Krylia Sovetov attacker Sergei Pinyaev.

The 18 year-old has spent several years annually testing with United's academy and is now making a name for himself with Krylia.

Former United star Kanchelskis says the Russian youngster shouldn't be forced to wait for United to make up their mind about him.

He told Mtaratings: "We can consider and think that Pinyaev can move to a foreign club. But anyway, the main thing is that there is interest and specificity in him abroad.

"The words of someone with a pencil and that some club is watching someone — is not right. It is necessary that the scouts of some European club come here, look at the player and buy him, this is another conversation.

"Foreign teams have special people who come and watch a player 4-5 times in matches live in another country, this is very specific.

"Yes, Pinyaev went to Manchester United, played for the youth team. But the main thing is to stay in the club, and go and play for Manchester United.

"What is the use of all this? You have to stay there. If the team is really interested, then you can at least sign a preliminary contract with them."
