Derby boss Rooney's eldest son Kai turned in an outstanding display against Stoke City for United's under 11 side.
The 11-year-old, who unlike his famous father, prefers to use his left boot, put in a starring display during his latest outing as he thrives under the guidance of Red Devils staff.
New Man Utd News reports Kai scored a hat-trick and assisted the other 3 goals in a 6-3 win over Stoke at under 11 level, having joined the club in December last year.
Mum Coleen wrote alongside a snap of her eldest son signing the deal: "Special night... congratulations Kai. I love you and I am so proud of you. Keep trying your best."
