Juventus veteran Mario Mandzukic has agreed terms with Manchester United.
TMW says the Croatian striker has settled on a deal with United over a two-year contract with the option for a third.
Juve and United now must reach agreement over a fee, with Juve currently demanding €15m to sell.
Negotiations are being performed independent of the swap deal involving Paulo Dybala and Romelu Lukaku.
Mandzukic would move to United as a replacement for Lukaku.
