Juventus striker Vincenzo Iaquinta admits he spoke with Roma last summer when he was weighing up his future at Udinese.
Ahead of this weekend's big game, Iaquinta said: "I made my choice because Juve is the 'Old Lady of football'. They're the best known team in the world, a heavy shirt to wear, but you are filled with responsibility: it is good being with Juventus.
"I spoke with Roma when I was in Udine, Luciano Spalletti wanted me. But in the end there was never anything concrete, but today I am pleased because in the end I came to Juventus."
