Juventus striker Cristiano Ronaldo was delighted with his latest landmark in victory over Inter Milan.

Ronaldo played his 1,000th career game for Sunday's victory over Inter Milan.

“I'm so proud to reach 1000 official games in my career with a very important victory that put us on the top of the table," Ronaldo wrote on Instagram.

“Thank you to all my teammates, coaches, my family and friends, and to my fans that helped me reach this great achievement."

Ronaldo has scored 725 goals for the four different clubs and has participated in 18 seasons as a professional football player.
