Juventus star Cristiano Ronaldo is excited about the arrival of Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri.

Sarri is expected to take over at Juventus this summer after just one season at Stamford Bridge.

And Tuttosport says Sarri now looks set to land the top job in Italy after he emerged as Juventus' No.1 choice to replace Max Allegri.

He will be tasked with bringing the best out of Ronaldo in Turin and the Portuguese is said to be keen on working with him.

Ronaldo is hopeful he can benefit from the change in approach.

The former Real Madrid man scored 21 times for Juventus in his first season at the club but that was his worst return since leaving Manchester United .

Ronaldo is said to have been impressed by the effect Sarri can have on his attacking players and is happy with the move to appoint the Italian.
