Juventus president Giovanni Cobolli Gigli is coy over the prospect of handing Ciro Ferrara the top coaching job.

"Ferrara remains a valid candidate, but there are also other names under consideration," Cobolli Gigli explained.

"Jean Claude Blanc intends to arrive at a decision in the next few days," he added before admitting the players support Ferrara.

"That seems to be the case, although understanding the thoughts of other people is always complicated."
