Juventus president Andrea Agnelli insists there'll be success after coach Max Allegri.

Allegri is stepping down at the end of the season.

“Starting each season on July 1 and thinking the Scudetto victory is to be taken for granted might seem nice, but it's not, because behind every success there is hard work and sweat," said Agnelli during a supporters event.

“The distinctive thing about Juventus is our capacity to innovate, because we can see the future before anyone else. On the one side, as President of the ECA (European Club Association), I am concentrated along with many others on redesigning the football of the future.

“Juventus, on the other hand, must have the ability to look forward, at the same time consolidating its status and foundations, such as the Under-23 squad and the Juventus Women team. We are very proud that the Juventus Women have won their second Scudetto in the first two years of their existence.

“We live in today, but our sights are projected into tomorrow and the day after tomorrow."
