Juventus are moving for Chelsea midfielder Jorginho.
The National says Juventus have entered talks with Chelsea over a deal to sign Jorginho, which would see the midfielder reunite with Maurizio Sarri for a third time.
Jorginho was brought to Stamford Bridge by Sarri in a £57m deal from Napoli and has played a key part for the Blues, scoring six goals in 63 appearances.
The 28-year-old recently revealed he wanted to leave the club after being targeted for criticism by the club's fans before eventually winning them over.
Juve are hoping to take advantage of his recent admission with a €40 million (£34.8m) offer, although the west London club are likely to demand a fee closer to the amount they paid two years ago.
