Juventus move to sign Tottenham defender Danny Rose

Juventus boss Maurizio Sarri is moving to sign Tottenham defender Danny Rose.

The left-back was given permission to stay at home and sort out his future while the rest of the Spurs squad flew to Singapore to continue their pre-season preparations.

He is attracting interest from French side Paris Saint-Germain and German outfit Schalke , while new Newcastle boss Steve Bruce is also keen to offer the Yorkshireman a return to the north so he can be closer to home.

But all three know they will struggle to lure Rose if the Italian giants firm up their interest with a concrete offer, says the Mirror.

The player, who has been capped 27 times by England, cost Spurs £1million when they signed him from hometown club Leeds 12 years ago and they will sell him for around £20m this summer.
