Juventus midfielder Emre Can was delighted to be part of victory over Sassuolo.

The 2-1 win marked Can's first start since his summer move from Liverpool.

He said at the final whistle: "Last year I was injured and I think my last starting game was in March, and I think it went well for the first game, of course I know I can do better, but I'm very happy to have helped the team.

"In Italy there's more tactics, more defence and the team does not take much risk, it's very different in England, it's a game from left to right and from right to left. To win the game and that's what we did today and everyone is happy."

Can also spoke of Cristiano Ronaldo's two goals: "He scored two goals, we are happy, he is happy, everyone is having fun this Sunday."
