Juventus legend Salvatore Schillaci fears for his old club.
Schillaci says they can't afford to miss out on Champions League football for a second consecutive season.
"Juventus had to limit their spending over the summer because they were not in the Champions League," the former Bianconeri striker said.
"As a result, the club opted to build a side that was only capable of finishing in the top four in Serie A. If they achieve that then they will be in a much better position to construct a side that has higher ambitions.
"If Juventus want to build a great team again then they will have to hope that they can qualify for the next Champions League.
"However, the Italian championship is odd as the present League table shows. There are sides who were considered as broken who are now second in the table "
