Juventus have jumped into the battle for Santos striker Kai Jorge.
Tuttosport says AC Milan are regarded as favourites to land Jorge, though new Juve sporting director Federico Cherubini is also keen.
Indeed, Cherubini rates Jorge ahead of Gianluca Scamacca, the Sassuolo striker who spent last season on-loan with Genoa.
Juve are ready to pay a fee now for Jorge rather than wait until the end of the year to sign him as a free agent.
Cherubini has stepped up at Juve to replace Fabrizio Paratici, who has since left for Tottenham.
