Hudson-Odoi was the subject of multiple offers from Bayern Munich in January and remains a top target for the German giants.
Tied to Chelsea to 2020, Hudson-Odoi is expected to attract another offer from Bayern at the end of the season.
However, TMW says Juve are also keen and have registered their interest with intermediaries close to the player's management.
Chelsea aren't expected to speak with Hudson-Odoi about new terms before the end of the season, but remain determined to keep hold of him.
Blues boss Maurizio Sarri said: "I can't tell you whether or not he will sign a new contract. But I think he will stay here anyway."
