Juventus great Zibi Boniek has taken aim at his old club over their Super League involvement.

Poland FA president Boniek mocked Juve when speaking with Sky Italia.

"Football belongs to everyone. We are Europeans, we do not have the American mentality," he said.

"We can't think that only rich clubs can have fun.

"We are all convinced that there is no need to lock up the 12-15 richest teams in the world, especially if these clubs can't even win against a so-called small club as Atalanta."
