Juventus fullback Patrice Evra has spent his Christmas break working with UNICEF.
Evra is proud of his charity work.
“Something really important. Something more important than football and winning the Champions League.
“Since 2012 I've been working with UNICEF, and in my project we have three orphanages with children in them.
“We started with 20, now there are 500 children. It's in a very poor neighbourhood in Dakar in Senegal.
“I can't thank God enough for giving me the opportunity to help these children who don't have anything, and the staff who are working for them.
“It was a very emotional and moving experience, it was the best holiday of my life."
