Juventus defender Patrice Evra says splitting from Manchester United still hurts.

Evra played in the Champions League final last night, a year after leaving United.

"It was really difficult for me to leave Manchester United. I left for a personal choice," the 34-year-old told Sky Sports.

"It does not matter if you go somewhere and you are still winning, it is always the wrong decision to leave a club like United."
