Juventus fullback Patrice Evra was delighted for Carlos Tevez after their Champions League first-leg win over Real Madrid.

Tevez was on target again for his eighth Champions League goal, 29 this season in all competition.

"Tevez is a champion and a really great professional. I was really pleased to see him again and he's had a fantastic year. I'm really pleased for Carlitos," said Evra.

"We want to win this Champions League. We've done good stuff in the first leg, now we have to make sure we are ready for the second leg. It's going to be difficult."
