Aaron Ramsey has been designated his shirt number at Juventus.

The Arsenal midfielder will officially join Juve on July 1 on a Bosman deal.

Juve's online store has his name linked to the No 8 on its options for purchasing their new home kit.

The number was last worn by Claudio Marchisio, who left the club last summer for Zenit St Petersburg, and it was left unassigned for the 2018-19 campaign.

The former Arsenal midfielder will also succeed the likes of Antonio Conte and Marco Tardelli in wearing the shirt.
