Juventus defender Medhi Benatia has encouraged Morocco teammate Hakim Ziyech to join AS Roma.

The Ajax midfielder is on the move this summer.

"I hope he joins Roma," Juventus defender Benatia told reporters at the 2018 World Cup after Morocco's defeat to Portugal.

“I know that Roma are considering Ziyech. He is a great player with incredible quality.

"I told him that Roma is a special club where he can do well, their fans are great and very passionate."
