Juventus chiefs are laying the foundations to re-sign Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba.
While the French World Cup winner is a confirmed target for Barcelona, Tuttosport says Juve have been in contact with Pogba and agent Mino Raiola for several months about a return to Turin.
Juve chiefs Beppe Marotta and Fabio Paratici already have Pogba's approval, knowing in 2019 both Sami Khedira and Blaise Matuidi will be 32 years of age.
Pogba's €15m salary has been raised as an obstacle, however after signing Cristiano Ronaldo from Real Madrid to a contract worth €31m-a-year, the club has moved itself to a new level in terms of wages.
Key to the deal will be Raiola, who Juve will lean heavily on to convince United to part with Pogba from the beginning of 2019.
