Juventus sporting director Fabio Paratici is drawing up loan plans for Chelsea midfielder Jorginho.
Despite their swoop for Barcelona midfielder Arthur Melo, Tuttosport says Paratici is also moving for Italy international Jorginho.
The approach is being prepared on recommendation of Juve coach Maurizio Sarri, who worked with Jorginho at Chelsea and Napoli.
Paratici wishes to set up a long-term loan similar to the past Juan Cuadrado deal negotiated with Chelsea.
Jorginho would arrive next season on-loan with the option to sign permanently at the end of the campaign.
Earlier this week, Jorginho's agent Jorge Santos said: “In the midfield, they have already recruited Arthur.
"I know (sporting director) Fabio Paratici well, but he never called me.
"(Maurizio) Sarri probably thinks he needs a player like Jorginho, but I don't know what Juventus' plan will be. If the Bianconeri and Chelsea agree, then we will assess."
