Juventus chief Pavel Nedved has sought to calm talk linking coach Max Allegri to Chelsea.

Allegri has been mentioned as a replacement for Maurizio Sarri at Stamford Bridge.

But asked about the rumours before defeat to Genoa, Nedved said: "Allegri saw Andrea Agnelli (president of Juventus) and gave priority to our goals.

"They will meet again.

"There will be plenty of time for a new contract."
