Juventus and Chelsea are in talks over an exchange of several players, it has been revealed.

Corriere dello Sport says talks over an exchange involving Jorginho and Juve midfielder Miralem Pjanic have kicked off.

Juve midfielder Federico Bernardeschi and Chelsea attacker Pedro is also on the table for discussion.

And a fullback exchange could also occur, with Chelsea's Emerson Palmieri and Juventus defender Mattia de Sciglio.

Finally, Chelsea have also asked Juve about Alex Sandro during negotiations.
