Juventus are preparing a straight-swap deal with Aston Villa for the January transfer window.
The Italian giants are hoping to secure midfielder Douglas Luiz from the Midlans club.
Luiz is out of contract at the end of this season, and is not renewing with Villa.
The Turin-based team will offer Villa striker Moise Kean in exchange for Luiz, per JuveLive.
Kean has failed to make the grade at Juventus during a two-year loan spell from Everton.
The source states that Juve would first buy Kean outright for £27 million, and then offer him to Villa.
