Juventus are ahead of Liverpool in their interest for Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Denis Zakaria.
La Gazzetta Dello Sport says Zakaria is a January target for Serie A giants Juventus.
However, the report mentions that Liverpool are in the conversation, having previously been linked with the Switzerland international.
The report goes on to say that Liverpool are “in contention" to sign Zakaria, but add that Juventus is the most likely destination for the 24-year-old.
Just this weekend, Gladbach chief Max Eberl has admitted Zakaria could be sold in January.
