Juventus ace Cristiano Ronaldo admits he may extend his career for his son.

Ronaldo would like to prolong his career so that his 9 year-old son Cristiano Jr can eventually play with him at some point in the future.

“The numbers speak for themselves – I don't have to prove anything to anyone," Ronaldo said.

"But… what I do need to do is show what I can do to myself, my family and my children… Sometimes, my son will say to me, 'Dad, keep going for a few more years - I want to be able to play with you'.

"It's very difficult but I can do it, you never know."
