Tonny Hermansen says Inter Milan fans can be excited about the arrival of Christian Eriksen.

The Danish midfielder's move from Tottenham was confirmed on Tuesday.

Odense academy chief Hermansen coached Eriksen as a junior player and told TMW: "It's a crazy blow. Eriksen is class, elegance, decisive ... He will bring to (Antonio) Conte's team many assists, goals and points in the standings.

"I tell you: Christian is the one who decides the games even when things seem to be going badly. He has two perfect feet and reads every action long before his opponents on the field, sometimes he seems to have eyes at the back of his head too (laughs).

"Of course he can't do it all alone, football is a team sport and the championships are won with the collective. But Eriksen can certainly help Inter to achieve their goals, this season and the next. Thanks to his arrival, the Nerazzurri make another important step in growth, you can be sure of it."
