Junior coach confident Haaland will 'adapt' to Man City

Erling Haaland's former junior coach in Norway says he can handle his move to Manchester City.

It's been announced that Haaland will leave Borussia Dortmund for City this summer.

Haaland's first coach, his youth coach at FC Bryne, Alf Ingve Bernstein, has been speaking to 5live Breakfast.

“He always has good scoring stats. Now he's joining a club that is creating a lot of chances. So if he settles down in the city, gets to know the club, to know the playing style, is fit, not get injured – I think he will continue with the scoring rate.

"He's just 21 years old. He has a good coach – one of the best – and he will still continue to improve"

“He will adapt, because he is used to playing different kind of styles. He can do a target man, he can do different roles, so I think he will adapt to the way that City plays."
