Juan Mata is ready to leave Manchester United.

The Mirror says Mata is set to leave the club this summer.

United star Mata's contract expires at the end of the campaign and now, after five-and-a-half years at Old Trafford, he looks set to depart.

The Red Devils have spent the last few months trying to tie the Spain international down, offering him a one-year deal.

But Mata has rejected Manchester United's deal as he wants a two-year contract and now the World Cup winner will leave the club this summer.
