Jordi Alba was delighted with Barcelona's 4-0 victory at Real Mallorca for their LaLiga restart.

Alba was thrilled with the performance and the result.

He scored the third of the night, in addition to assisting the opener.

"We controlled the game," he said afterwards.

"After three months without playing, we had a great game.

"The team came out well.

"To have scored in the first minute was good, it gives confidence.

"Real Mallorca can make things difficult, so a goal at the very start helps.

"Now we have 10 LaLiga finals and we are very motivated."

Reflecting on how he feels personally, the left-back admitted that the coronavirus halt came at a good time for him.

"I feel good and this break helped me because I needed to rest physically and mentally," he said.

"I feel good in training and now in this match."
