Jordi Alba insists he's committed to Barcelona.
The fullback's contract situation has been raised this week, with his deal to expire in 2020.
"My intention is to stay at Barcelona for my whole life, I hope I can retire at Barça," the defender said.
"These are decisions managers have to make and whether you like [the decision] or not, you have to accept it. I will try to give my best for my club and for the national team, if I am called up."
On his current form, he added: "I have improved a lot as I have got older. I am in a good moment in my life, but also on the pitch, where I have matured as a player. It's not easy to play for Barça..."
