Everton fullback Jonjoe Kenny has praised the club's academy for the talent they're producing.
Kenny says leaving Everton should hold no fear for any young player.
"I've been with Jedi [Robinson's nickname] since 10 or 11. We came through all of the teams together, the youth teams and then the reserves and we're with each other for a long time.
"It's brilliant to see how good he's become. It was in January when he just missed out moving to AC Milan. I watched him when he was at Wigan and his athleticism, he gets up and down the pitch and he fully deserved his move back into the Premier League."
"You look at Kieran Dowell, he's at Norwich now, Ryan Ledson's at Preston," he continued.
"Joe (Williams) and Walshy (Liam Walsh) are playing at Bristol and you can go on and on. The lads are playing football in the leagues and it's great for the club...alright, they didn't quite make it here but they have gone out and made a living elsewhere and are doing really well.
"It's good to see all the lads playing because they fully deserve it given how good they are. Stay in there and don't be afraid to go out and play and eventually make your way back up the leagues again."
