Former Fulham boss Slavisa Jokanovic is in the frame for the Nottingham Forest job.

The Sun says ex-Swansea boss Carlos Carvahal is also on the shortlist at the City Ground if they cannot secure Jokanovic.

Forest have made Jokanovic their No1 target after he got Fulham promoted to the Premier League last season.

But no deal has been struck since Aitor Karanka was axed last week, putting Carvalhal in the frame.

The Portuguese coach, 53, has been looking to return to management since leaving the Liberty Stadium last season.
