Manchester City midfielder Michael Johnson made his comeback for the reserves in last night's 2-0 defeat of Middlesbrough.
Making his first steps back towards the first team after seven months out with a groin problem, Johnson was unable to make a big impact on the game but at least came through apparently unscathed before being replaced after 60 minutes.
The 21-year-old has only managed eight appearances for City this season.
Bulgarian striker Valeri Bojinov played the full 90 minutes after missing the last two games through injury.
