Brennan Johnson was delighted to prove Nottingham Forest's matchwinner in victory over Leeds.
Johnson struck the only goal of the game in Sunday's win.
He later said: "It feels like a big three points today and well-deserved.
"It was about digging in today, that's what the main objective was. We know we're not going to get much of the ball but getting the three points was massive.
"I just had to keep my eyes on it and luckily it went in.
"I am little [surprised with my form] I knew it was going to be a hard season and at times I found it really difficult but to get the goals for the team is massive and for myself it's good for my confidence so hopefully it keeps continuing."
