John Terry has been training at Chelsea this week.

The Daily Mail says Terry has returned to his former club, Chelsea, in order to get in shape ahead of his surprise move to Russia with Spartak Moscow.

The experienced defender was all smiles as he posed in a Chelsea kit at the club's Cobham Training Centre alongside former teammates Michael Essien and Jon Harley.

Essien is also a free agent following a stint at Indonesian club Persib Bandung while Jon Harley is currently back at Chelsea at their academy's U18s Assistant Coach.

Terry himself became a free agent back in May earlier this as Aston Villa released him following their failure to gain promotion after their 1-0 loss to Fulham in the Championship playoff final.
