Joe Gelhardt floating after delivering first win for Leeds boss Marsch

Joe Gelhardt was floating after proving Leeds United's matchwinner on Sunday against Norwich City.

The teen's injury-time strike delivered a first triumph for new Leeds manager Jesse Marsch.

When asked if the win over Norwich represented a turning point, he answered: "Yeah, I do. I think as a group we've already said in the changing room, don't stop now.

"We can take all this into Wolves and hopefully get a result there as well."

The trip to Wolves will be made on Friday for an 8pm kick-off and Leeds will undoubtedly be backed by a healthy travelling crowd.

Despite having made just 12 league appearances this season, Gelhardt has firmly won over the Whites fanbase and many will be hoping he features again at Molineux.

He said: "It was an unbelievable feeling when I saw it hit the net and the place just went up. It was crazy. I'm happy for the three points, as obviously we needed to win that game.

"Even in the second half, we missed some chances when we could have put the game to bed but obviously when you're attacking you leave yourselves open and you can concede, but at the end of the day we're happy to get three points, it was needed."
