Joao Moutinho is set to leave Wolves after talks over a new contract broke down on Wednesday.
The Portugal midfielder has a one-year deal on the table from the Molineux club.
However, the 35-year-old is seeking a two-year contract and will now assess his other options, per the Daily Mail.
Moutinho remains an important player for Portugal and will be part of Fernando Santos' squad for this year's World Cup.
Moutinho joined Wolves for about £5million from Monaco in 2018.
