West Ham are close to agreeing a deal to sell 30 year old striker Nikica Jelavic to Chinese second division side Beijing Ren He.

The transfer is "95 per cent done", according to a source close to the negotiations.

The Chinese transfer window closes on February 26 and West Ham playmaker Dimitri Payet is another target, with an unnamed club prepared to pay £38m for his services, according to Sky sources.
